Therapy

Psychologist SA provides a non judgmental, supportive, safe and caring environment which enables each patient to improve on their psychological wellbeing. Treatment is individually tailored to the needs and goals of each patient using a collaborative approach. Everyone is welcome from all different cultures, backgrounds, and those in the LGBTQIA+ community.

Evidence based psychological treatments are used to support patients through difficult times, help them make changes to their thinking and behaviours, and provide them with strategies to improve their quality of life.

Best practice

Providing best practice, evidence based psychological treatments for older children, adolescents and adults are provided in accordance with professional and ethical codes of conduct outlined by the Australian Psychological Society and the Psychology board of Australia.

 

What we treat

Rae Starkey has experience of providing evidence based psychological interventions with patients from the age of 11 and up for the following issues:
